📄 General Terms and Conditions – Ymonde

These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements via the website Ymonde.

2. Applicability

  1. These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from Ymonde and to every distance contract concluded between Ymonde and the consumer.

  2. Before the agreement is concluded, the text of these general terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer.

3. The offer

  1. All offers from Ymonde are without obligation.

  2. The offer contains a clear description of the products offered.

  3. Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer do not bind Ymonde.

4. The agreement

  1. The agreement is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and meets the conditions set.

  2. Ymonde confirms the order by e-mail.

5. Prices and payment

  1. All prices stated include VAT, unless stated otherwise.

  2. Payment must be made via the payment methods offered during checkout.

  3. Ymonde reserves the right to change prices.

6. Delivery and shipping

  1. Orders are coming in 1 working day processed.

  2. Shipping takes place within 1 business day after processing, unless otherwise stated.

  3. Delivery takes place at the address specified by the consumer.

  4. Ymonde is not liable for delays caused by the carrier.

7. Right of withdrawal (right of return)

  1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

  2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must send an email within this period to info@ymonde.nl.

  3. The product must be returned unused, unworn and, if reasonably possible, in the original packaging.

  4. The costs for return shipping are borne by the consumer, unless the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered.

8. Refund

  1. The purchase amount will be refunded after receipt and inspection of the returned product 14 days refunded.

  2. Refunds will be made via the same payment method used to pay for the order.

9. Exclusion of right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is excluded for:

  • Personalized or tailor-made products

  • Hygiene products of which the seal has been broken

10. Liability

  1. Ymonde is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or lost profits.

  2. Liability is limited to the amount of the order, unless there is intent or gross negligence.

11. Force majeure

Ymonde is not obliged to fulfill obligations if it is prevented from doing so by force majeure, including disruptions by carriers, suppliers or government measures.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Ymonde website is the property of Ymonde, unless stated otherwise. Use without written permission is not permitted.

13.Privacy

It is on the processing of personal data Ymonde's privacy policy applicable.

14. Complaints

Complaints can be reported via info@ymonde.nl.
Ymonde strives to receive complaints 5 working days to answer.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

  1. On all agreements Dutch law applicable.

  2. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
