Bee Ymonde We think it is important that you order from us with confidence. That is why we have a clear return and refund policy.
🗓️ 1. Return period
You have the right to cancel your order 14 days after receipt to return without giving any reason.
Conditions for returns:

The product is unused, unworn and undamaged.

The product is, if reasonably possible, in the original packaging returned.

Any labels and accessories are still present.

Registering a return is simple:

After receiving your email, you will receive further instructions for returns.
💸 3. Refund
Once we have received and checked the returned product:

We will deposit the purchase amount within 14 days back.

The refund is made via same payment method that you used when ordering.

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
⚠️ 4. Exceptions
The following products cannot be returned:

Personalized or tailor-made products

Hygiene products of which the seal has been broken
🚚 5. Return costs

The costs for returning are: at the expense of the customer, unless the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered.

In the event of an error on our part, we will of course cover the return costs.
